Summary Prepares and serves balanced meals to employees of industrial plant by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Plans daily menus to accommodate employees of all shifts, keeping expenses within budget.
Prepares and cooks food for sale.
Collects payment from customers.
Cleans kitchen and serving areas Purchases and keeps adequate supply of food and oversees storage and issuance of supplies.
Keeps records and makes reports of expenditures and sales.
Balances receipts and prepare bank deposit slip.
May coordinate the work of other Food Service Department employees.
