Purchasing Permits.
Scheduling Inspections.
Filling Customers Documents.
Tracking Inspections.
Backup Phone Duty.
Registering Equipment Warranties.
Scan, Fax, Copy, Fax email material as needed.
Perform related duties as directed by Sales/Install Manager.
Experience:
Logistics Planning Computer experience a must.
Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Office, Service Titan a plus be not required.
Answering Multiline Phone Systems.
